Higley, Williams Field named to 2018 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools List

Only 50 high schools in Arizona received a gold or silver medal in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report Best High School list.

Higley Unified received two of them.
 
Both Higley and Williams Field High School in Gilbert, AZ., were recognized as top high schools in the state and country this week. Both received silver medal honors. The U.S. News & World Report ranks all high schools – district public schools, charter schools and district magnet programs – on areas such as graduation rates, college readiness and more. The rankings are based on the Class of 2017 data. More than 20,000 schools nationwide are examined to determine the list.
 
Higley High School
Higley High School was ranked No. 28 in Arizona rankings, and is No. 11 among Arizona’s comprehensive, district high schools. This is the fourth year in a row that Higley High School has made the list.
 
Williams Field High School
Williams Field High School was ranked No. 38 in Arizona rankings, and is No. 17 among Arizona’s comprehensive, district high schools. This is the fourth year in a row that Williams Field High School has made the list.
