RoboHawks win 1st at State Qualifier

Williams Field High School's FTC Robotics Club, the RoboHawks, won first place at the state qualifying tournament in Tucson last weekend.

The team was also awarded the Inspire Award, given to the team that embodies the challenge of the program. In addition, the team received the following honors:

2nd place Think Award (removing engineering obstacles through creative thinking)

3rd place Connect Award (connecting the dots between community and diversity of the engineering world)

3rd place Control Award (mastering robot intelligence)
