Higley Unified School District (HUSD), in partnership with Chartwells K12, is excited to introduce the Food Haul Food Truck, a new mobile dining experience designed to bring exciting and student-friendly meal options to campus events and activities. 

Operated by HUSD's food service partner, Chartwells K12, the Food Haul Food Truck expands the district's commitment to providing appealing, nutritious food choices for students, families and the broader school community. All meals are aligned with K12 nutrition standards while providing a new unique experience for students and staff. 

The Food Haul menu features signature items including the "Knight Burger" and "Blackhawk Burger," build-your-own burger options, hot dogs, Philly cheesesteaks, wings, parfaits, beverages, and frozen treats. Many menu items are eligible for student lunch purchases, making the truck an accessible dining option for all students. The truck will be serving middle school and high school campuses for select lunch periods and events. 

"This is another way we can help enhance the student experience," said Higley Unified School District Executive Director of Secondary Education Alan Fields. "The signature burgers are named for our high school mascots. Students get excited about our food truck days, and this provides a fun, engaging way to build school spirit while serving great food." 

The Food Haul Food Truck will make appearances at athletic events, school celebrations and other district gatherings, bringing a fresh new flavor to the HUSD community.
