Hello! My name is Emily Owens and I teach English at Williams Field High School. To me, the most rewarding aspect of teaching English is helping students discover how to critically engage with the world around them and to confidently use their voices. I value the unique perspectives and experiences each student brings to our classroom and strive to make everyone feel welcome and included. Growth can sometimes be uncomfortable, but I hope to help each student find growth in our time together.
