Hello everyone! I am originally from Jackson, Minnesota. I have earned my bachelors in both exercise science and physical education from Dakota State University in Madison, SD. During my time there I also played football for all 5 years.
I have previously taught middle school PE in New Prague, Minnesota, where I was also the head strength coach for the school district. I was also the head strength coach for the Madison school district during my time in college the last 2 years of my undergrad.
