My name is Aileen Zerger and I am so excited to be the Literacy Coach at Power Ranch! I hold a Master of Science in School Leadership from Baker University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Wichita State University. In addition I have obtained multiple certifications from the Arizona Department of Education, including Reading Specialist K-8, School Principal and Supervisor, and Elementary Education K-6 Teacher.
I have a passion for promoting educational equity and fostering a love for reading among students. During my time in education I have served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach.
I reside in Gilbert with my husband and two children. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy reading, staying physically active, and engaging in activities that promote personal growth and well-being.
