Hi and welcome to our classroom! My name is Samantha Pearson and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my first year at San Tan and 4th year teaching. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Elementary Education. I have spent the last three years teaching 1st grade in Tucson, AZ.
This summer, I moved back to the Valley to be closer to my parents. When I am not teaching, I enjoy camping, being with my family, and relaxing at home with a good movie on. I also LOVE coffee, especially iced coffee.
I am so excited to get this year started. It is going to be amazing! I look forward to seeing everyone the first day of school, July 25th!
