My name is Cheryl Turner. I am an Arizona native and grow up in the Higley Unified School District.I attended Western Kentucky and graduated with a Bachelors in the Art of Education. I still home to raise my children. In 1990, I took a teaching position in a title one preschool and remained until May 1999.

I moved back to Arizona after being away for 20 years. In July of 2000, I accepted a job with the Higley School District in special education program at Coronado. In During that time, I received an ESL endorsement. In 2018 I retired from teaching, but missed the children so much I came back to the professional that I love so much!!
