Hey y'all, welcome to First Grade! My name is April Hammons and I can't wait to get to know your students. I have my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University and my Bachelors from University of Tennessee at Martin. I have taught for five years and I am excited to get year 6 under my belt.
I am originally from TN but have lived in AZ for 10 years. I love teaching and appreciate family involvement and communication. I believe this is key to your student's success and positive experience. I look forward to a wonderful year at Coronado! GO COYOTES!
