Hello my name is Samantha Gilbert and I am so excited to be teaching at Coronado Elementary! I will be teaching the English portion of the Mandarin Immersion Program at Coronado.
I am originally from northern California. I attended CSU Long Beach for my bachelors, UC Santa Barbara for my masters, and I am currently at GCU completing my Master's of Science in Instructional Technology.
This will be my fourth year teaching. I taught for two years in California (1st and 2nd grade) and I taught kindergarten last year in Queen Creek Unified School District.
