Welcome! I am Mrs. Newman. This will be my 3rd year teaching! My husband, two kids, and myself have been in Arizona about 7 years, originally from Chicago(GO SOX!). I graduated from ASU with a dual degree in Special Education and General Education, as well, as an environmental education certificate. I graduate from NAU with my master's in special education with an emphasis in positive behavior support in December.
Both of my children have special needs, so I have extensive background knowledge in special education from the teacher side and parent side. Special Education has my heart and I am ready for our adventure!
