Hello, I am Penny Kelly, the new BEST teacher at Cooley Middle School. I have been teaching students with emotional disabilities for over 30 years. I have three grown children and I now own four Irish Wolfhounds, which means over 600 lbs. of dog! I am looking forward to working with your children and being a new member of Cooley Middle Schools.
