Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Mrs. Witt. I am a Wisconsin native but my husband and I moved to Arizona in 2020 with hopes of better weather. We enjoy hiking, golfing, running, and exploring new places with our puppy, Rudy.
I quickly developed a passion for teaching and I knew at a young age that teaching was in my future. I attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where I majored in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics. I started my teaching career in 2020 and started teaching at Power Ranch in 2021.
I am an active learner and a passionate teacher. It is my philosophy that learning should be fun, purposeful, and applicable. Students who have had me in the past know that I care deeply about each of them as a person and I believe that they can do hard things! I can't wait to get to know you and connect with you this year!
