Hello! My name is Jennifer Maley but I go by Jenna as there were 7 Jennifers in my kindergarten class. I am a graduate of University of Georgia with a degree in PK-12 Art Education. I have inspired students through the amazing world of art from ages 2-102 over the past 16 years, with 13 of those years being an elementary art teacher. I have a son who is going into second grade, a wonderful husband that I’ve known since I was 7 and a 12 year old Australian Shepherd named Motley.
My teaching career started in Georgia and then in 2012 I moved to the beautiful state of Arizona. My passion for art not only fills the four walls of my classroom but also fills my soul at home and on the weekends. I’ve participated in many art festivals selling my mixed media and abstract paintings as well as one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.
In my spare time, I love catching the sunrise while hiking in the Superstition mountains, making a mess with home renovations, capturing new memories through photography, traveling to see faraway friends and family and playing soccer in the backyard.
