My name is Kelly Rogers I am an NAU graduate with a minor in History and a teaching emphasis in Middle School Social Studies. I previously taught 8th grade for 4 years and I am so excited to join the Shark Tank here at Chaparral this year! In my spare time I love to read, sing, craft, cook and spend time with friends and family.
Family is super important to me, and I have two of the greatest sisters ever. One on my younger sisters is in the Navy and the other works for Disney; I also have an older brother and sister-in-law. My best friend has given me 3 nieces and a nephew and this October my sister at Disney is adding another nephew to the group!!
I love to travel, and I am a MASSIVE Disney Nerd and visit the parks, either Disneyland or Disney World, regularly. My favorite place I have been is a tie between Prague and London, both of which I had the opportunity to visit while studying abroad during college. I can't wait to have the opportunity to go back. I hope to be able in the future to visit Italy, Greece, France, Japan & Germany.
