I am so excited to be back at school for a fabulous year. This is my 6th year as a Special Education teacher at Higley Traditional Academy. I have learned that every year brings its own adventures and challenges that help you learn and grow. Part of that grow is learning to use different methods and strategies to help students access their strengths as they learn.
I am a graduated with a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University, in Provo. I worked for a youth non-profit organization for 13 years prior to becoming involved in education. I completed a post-baccalaureate in Special Education at Rio Salado College.
