Higley Unified School District’s J-1 and F-1 International Scholar Program seeks to inspire students to search for ways to better understand the world they live in. Our goal is to produce students with a better global understanding, facilitate opportunities for greater cultural understanding, and create an avenue to encourage global engagement. By better identifying with the emerging world, HUSD prepares students to be active members of the global community.
Students in 9th - 12th grade from around the world may attend one of HUSD's nationally recognized high schools for the school year or a semester. Students will immerse themselves in American culture by living with host families within the district.
