My name is Megan Kellogg and I will be teaching 6th grade this year. This is my 7th year at San Tan Elementary and my 13th year teaching overall. My family and I moved to the Gilbert area from Tucson for my husband's job and so far we are loving the area!
I grew up in Tucson and started out my college career at a small school in the Los Angeles area to play basketball. I later transferred to the University of Arizona to be closer to my family and graduated from the U of A with a degree in Elementary Education in 2010. I have had the privilege to teach 5th grade for eight years and 3rd grade for two years during my career thus far, and this will be my second year teaching 6th grade!
Outside of school you can usually find me at the pool, on the playground, or at one of my children's activities. I have 4 children and three of them have been students at San Tan! My only son is in 10th grade at Higley High, and my older daughters are in 9th grade and 5th grade. My youngest is 3.5 and is at Sossaman Early Childhood Center this year!
