I am so excited to have you in our class this year. I can’t wait to get to know you.
This year will be full of fun, learning and lots of adventures.
We will be learning a lot in math, language arts, science and social studies.
We also will be learning how important it is to work together and build a classroom community.
We will be spending a lot of time together so it’s important to treat each other with respect and kindness.
I know that everyone of you is special and you will bring so many great qualities to our class.
It’s my job as your teacher to help you grow as a learner and be the best you, you can be.
Want to know a little bit about me? When I am not grading papers or planning lessons,
I am spending time with my own family. I have been married for 15 years to Michael
and my daughter Reagan is 14 and is a freshman in high school. My son, Hunter is 12 and is in 7th grade.
In my spare time, I am crafting, reading, going to the movies, and traveling.
My son plays club baseball so believe me we are on the baseball field many days each week,
all year long. We also have two adorable dogs named Slugger and Cutter. You’ll hear lots about them throughout the year.
This is my second year at Chaparral, however my third year here in Higley.
I love so many wonderful things about the students and their families within our community.
I absolutely love teaching and I try very hard to instill life long learning and fun for the students daily.
Looking forward to this year!~
