Welcome to 4th Grade! My name is Serina Turner. I am a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in K-8 Elementary Education and a minor in Family and Human Development. I also have my gifted and SEI endorsements.
This is my eighth year teaching in the Shark Tank! I am proud to also serve as our school's Leader in Me Lighthouse Coordinator and Yearbook Coordinator. Teaching is my passion and what I was meant to do!
I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, but have lived in Gilbert for over 15 years. I love spending my weekends cheering on the Seahawks with my family, diving into a great book, and paddle boarding at the lake. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year!
