• Hello, I teach 5th grade math and science. I've been a teacher for 10 years now. In 2002, I graduated from Gilbert High School with a diploma. From there I went to Chandler-Gilbert Community College. I transferred to Northern Arizona University School of Business in Spring of 2004. Soon after being up in Flagstaff, I switched majors to Elementary Education with a minor in Earth Science. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science Elementary Education degree in December 2007. Following college, I taught two years in the Gilbert Public Schools. While I was there I taught 6th Grade self contained and the following year I was a Title One Math Specialist. For the past 6 years I was a 5th grade teacher in Apache Junction Unified Schools. There I was self contained and departmentalized in Math.

Outside of school, I love being active! I have two dogs named Gordie and Mia. I have a wonderful son and beautiful daughter. My wife and I live in the Gilbert community so we know and breathe this excellent community.
