My name is Susan Montenegro and I am a graduate of the Ohio State University where I earned my bachelor's degree in organizational communication. I worked in corporate retail in various positions including buying, inventory management, human resources, training and development and marketing. I am a native Chicagoan and moved to Arizona in 2013 where I began my second career as a special education teacher.
While teaching, I obtained my degree from Rio Salado College in Special Education. I have been teaching at Centennial Elementary since 2013 and I can't imagine being anywhere else! My passion is working with children, helping them grow and achieve their goals. Every child, no matter their ability level, can succeed and my job is to help them realize their potential. Nothing is more rewarding!
