Dear Bridges Community,

It is truly an honor to be the Assistant Principal at Bridges Elementary School and support this amazing community. At Bridges, we believe in equipping all students with the skills they need to thrive in the ever-changing 21st century workplace. Bridges Elementary integrates a campus-wide Project-Based Learning (PBL) with a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) emphasis. I am fortunate to be a part of Bridges as we continue to cultivate the school’s culture and traditions.

I became an educator because I want to improve the lives of children and the education process. I am passionate when it comes to education, as receiving a proper education is vital to a student’s future success. A school should be intellectually challenging, motivating, safe, inspiring, and supportive of students, regardless of their needs. I am a visionary, supportive leader with an open communication philosophy. I will always do what is best for the students to enhance their learning.

Personally, I am fortunate to be married to my wife, Patty, who is also an educator. We are proud parents of a daughter who is currently attending the University of Arizona. I received my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family or catching a sporting event.

I truly believe that building relationships is essential to having educational success. I am looking forward to continuing to deepen my connections with the students and community.
