I can't begin to tell you how excited I am to start another year of school! Power Ranch has been my home ever since I graduated from ASU in 2015 and I couldn't have asked for a better school and community to be a part of! I can’t wait to meet all my newest panthers at Meet the Teacher night! If you're able, please bring supplies to Meet the Teacher so I can have them all set up for the first day!
I started college at University of Montana (go Griz!) before transferring to ASU and graduating with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education.
I believe that in order to succeed in learning, kids need to love learning! We work hard in my classroom but we also have a lot of fun. Raised by avid readers, I have always loved reading. It is a passion I aim to pass on to all my students. I also firmly believe that character is as important as (if not more important than) academics. Every day in my classroom, I strive to teach kids to be kind, honest, compassionate, and hard-working.
