My name is Alexis Meyers and I am a graduate of Arizona State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught here in Higley for 5 years teaching in 3rd grade in the shark tank. I was previously teaching in Gilbert also in 3rd grade. I taught at Settler's Point Elementary proudly for 6 years.
I am married to my husband Steve and we have two daughters who also attend Chaparral. We enjoy camping with our family and friends and being outdoors. I was born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ and moved to the Phoenix area to attend college. We enjoy exploring new areas of Arizona.
As a teacher I am involved in our Leader in Me program as a leader in our Leadership Events. This includes organizing events to show off our students leadership skills and bringing the community together. I also am one of our Cheer coaches for our adorable cheer squad.
