    2017/2018 KIDS CLUB DAILY RATES
    $50.00 school year registration fee per child (Fee includes Fall, Winter and Spring camps) 
    $9.00 per morning for the first child       $7.20 for each additional child
    $13.50 per afternoon for the first child   $10.80 for each additional child
     
    2017/2018 KIDS CLUB CAMP DAILY RATES
    $40.00 per day for the first child       $36.00 for each additional child
     
    2017/2018 DAILY LATE FEES
    $5.00 per day, per child, late scheduling fee (drop in rate) 
    $5.00 per day, per child, missing child locator fee
    (If child(ren) are scheduled and will be absent please call your Kids Club site directly to avoid this fee) 
    $2.00 per minute, per child, late pick-up fee
     

    How to Register for Kids Club:

    1. Log in to the Kids Club Registration and Payment page
    2. On the left hand side of the page, click on Kids Club
    3. Click on your school
    4. Click on Kids Club @ your child(ren) school name
    5. Click on Register for AM/PM
    6. Log into your account, Please do not create another account if you have ever purchased anything through Community Ed. If you need assistance, please call us at 480. 279. 7055
    7. Click on Kids Club Registration 2017-2018
    8. Click on OK
    9. Fill out the four page Kids Club Registration 2017-2018, one for each child. Please note – fill in the bubble saying that your immunizations are attached even though they are not. Please bring a copy of your immunization to your Kids Club staff the first day you pick up your child(ren). When it reads Completed click OK
    10. Select the Kids Club days you want to purchase. The selection of days is open between Monday through Thursday at 8:00 p.m. for the following week. You will be emailed a bill on Friday A.M. Payment is due in full on/or before each Saturday prior to using services. If you miss scheduling and/or making your payment, you will be locked out for the following week of services. You will have to call the office for us to put the next week’s days into your calendar and there is a $5.00 late scheduling fee per day, per child. This fee is non-negotiable
    11. Click Continue
    12. Review your order and if satisfied, click Continue
    13. Click Continue
    14. The first time you order Kids Club, there is Additional Information Required. Complete the information and click Continue
    15. Click on Continue Registration
    16. Enter your payment information and click on Make Payment
    17. Log out of your account in the upper left corner

    Scheduling your Kids Club Days for Upcoming Weeks:

    1. Log in to the Kids Club Registration and Payment page
    2. On the upper right hand side of the page, log into your account. When it reads Welcome, click My Account
    3. Click on View/Change Care Schedule
    4. Click on Kids Club/your school-17/18
    5. Click on Change Schedule above the PM calendar
    6. Select your AM’s and PM’s and click on Continue
    7. Click Here to make your payment
    8. Proceed to make your payment.
