Submit a Public Records Request

When the Marketing & Public Information Department receives a records request, it is promptly processed in the order of receipt. The time required to fulfill your request may vary based on several factors, including the number of pending requests, the location of the records, the volume of material involved, the nature of the requested information, and any necessary redactions.

Please note that, depending on the subject, content, scope, or volume of the records being sought, the processing time may be extended. Providing a clear and specific description of the records you are requesting can help expedite the process.

Effective July 1, 2024, all records requests will be processed through our online portal.
