International Scholar Program

The International Scholar Program at Higley Unified School District (HUSD) is a cultural exchange initiative that enables international students to study in the United States through J-1 and F-1 visas while living with local host families. The program serves as a bridge between cultures, fostering global awareness and cross-cultural understanding among both international and domestic students.

Our vision is to develop globally minded citizens who actively engage with diverse perspectives and cultures. Through immersive educational experiences, students gain deeper insights into different worldviews, customs, and ways of life. This cultural exchange enriches our school community while preparing all students for success in an increasingly interconnected world.
