Vision

In order to prepare our students for the future, we are preparing them, to not only consume technology, but to engage with it in a safe, productive way that improves their learning and development.

Mission

The district will ensure digital literacy among all students by providing them with safe opportunities to learn, utilize and create digital technologies based on what is appropriate for their age and development levels. We seek to do this through a strong curriculum based on the ITSE standards and the Arizona K-12 Computer Science Standards. These standards will be taught using a wide a variety of teaching strategies as well as a wide variety of technologies chosen by teachers and sites to best meet the needs of their students. Site based technology may vary greatly but the standards will be effectively taught at all sites and at all levels.
