6th-12th Grades ELA High Quality Instructional Materials Adoption

6–12 ELA Curriculum Adoption Committee Applications Now Open

Higley Unified School District is beginning the process of adopting new English Language Arts (ELA) instructional materials for grades 6–12, with implementation planned for the 2027–2028 school year.

We are seeking parents, guardians, community members, and staff to serve on the District Review Committee and provide valuable input as potential instructional materials are reviewed and evaluated.

Committee participation requires attendance at all scheduled trainings and review dates, including approximately three two-hour afternoon/evening trainings and three full-day review sessions. Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed, and dates are subject to change based on committee membership and staffing capacity.
