Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Higley Unified School District No. 60 Governing Board and to the general public that a majority of the Higley Unified School District Governing Board members may attend the events listed below. However, no board business will be discussed and no voting action will be taken.

Higley Unified School District is using BoardDocs for all meeting agendas, minutes and videos.
Pursuant to A.R.S.38-431.02 (C) the agenda will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting in the display case in front of the district office located at 2935 S Recker Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295. Public access will be granted 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
Tips for viewing meeting agendas and minutes on the HUSD BoardDocs website:
- Go to the HUSD BoardDocs site.
- Click on the Meeting tab found in the upper right area of the browser window.
- To view a meeting agenda by date, use the drop down menu (categorized by year) to locate the meeting agenda and minutes.
- To search for a particular agenda topic, use the Search Meeting function located in the upper left area of the browser window.
- To view the video, click the Watch Video icon for the selected meeting.
- Meeting agendas, minutes and video are available on BoardDocs.

To view a policy, use the drop down menus (categorized alphabetically) to locate the policy.

To search for a specific policy, use the Search Active Policies function located in the upper left area of the browser window.

Policies can be searched by Title, Section, Number, Adopted Year, and Keywords.
