2025 Maintenance & Operations Override Election

2025 All-Mail Election Banner

The Higley Unified School District Governing Board called for a 15% Maintenance & Operations Override to be placed on the ballot for the November 4, 2025 election.

The full budget override amount is estimated to be $13,871,165 and would be funded by an estimated tax rate of $1.28 per one hundred dollars of net assessed valuation.  

The election results were as follows:

Community Feedback

To prioritize programs and services for 2026-27, the district hosted:

  • Meetings with all school and department administrators
  • Community survey with more than 4,000 respondents
  • Community town hall meeting
