In order for HUSD to effectively communicate in regard to COVID-19 cases and all current events at our HUSD campuses, we rely on parents to partner with us. Please make sure you have provided your best contact information and that you have done your due diligence to properly receive the information from our schools.
- Check your Parent Vue account for your current email address and update as needed. If you are unable to log into your account, please contact your school directly for assistance.
- Check your junk mailbox. HUSD uses a mass communication system and some email providers will mark it as spam until you mark the communication as something you want to see in your Inbox. You can also check to make sure you haven’t accidentally blocked HUSD from communicating with you. These processes are out of HUSD control and will require action on your part.
- Troubleshooting: If you are still having trouble, please see the HUSD email communications page for additional troubleshooting directions. Due to FCC law, if you have unsubscribed from our email system, you must contact us in order to re-subscribe.
