My name is Wanting Wang. This will be my fifth year teaching here at Coronado Elementary School. I graduated with a Master’s in Elementary Education from Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College at Arizona State University and I received my Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics at ASU.
I come from China, specifically, Xi’an home to the Terracotta Warriors. My husband and I love traveling and have traveled a lot within the U.S. We are proud parents of our daughter Olivia, who just turned two in May.
Teaching is my passion and I love making learning exciting and hands on for each student. I believe a student’s success lies in their motivation to be an active learner. My goal is to give students confidence and knowledge and get them excited to learn.
