Trip Request Process
1. Verify your schools procedure for requesting field trips.
2. Check Trip Policy for rules and responsibilities
3. Check Calendar for date availability *All trips must be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and not on a day of early release or late start for any school. Exceptions must be preapproved by the transportation department.
4. Go to Estimate Calculator to determine probable cost.
5. At least 30 days prior to your trip, take your information to your schools approved requester to submit trip for approval.
6. One week prior to trip, check with your schools approved requester to verify buses are scheduled.
