Should students need to be released during the school day, the reunification process is implemented. This is a controlled release that may occur at the campus or at an off-site location. In guidance with the Arizona Department of Education Emergency Operating Procedures, students will only be released to a parent/guardian.
Legal identification is required. In addition, a release form must be signed and initialed throughout the process, as the students are held in a supervised, secure location until a District staff member personally escorts each student to the designated check-out location.
