Information regarding the bidding and solicitation process
Solicitations must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and Offerors address clearly indicated on the envelope. Mail or hand deliver your solicitations prior to the solicitation due date and time to the following address:

A NO BID response may be mailed or faxed to the District purchasing department at (480)279-7511. It is not necessary to return the complete bid packet for a NO BID response. Mail or fax the cover page to the solicitation document indicating that you do not wish to submit an offer and include the name and address for your company.
SOLICITATIONS: All times reflect local time (MST Mountain Standard Time). These documents are available by calling the purchasing department at (480)279-7047. Most solicitations can be sent to you electronically at your request. Solicitation addenda may be issued up to three days prior to the date of the solicitation opening. Each vendor downloading bid information is responsible to notify the purchasing department, so that addenda notifications are provided to all participants. Failure to acknowledge addenda can result in the rejection of the solicitation response.
