• How to Register for Kids Club:

    1. Go to to the Kids Club Registration and Payment page through Digitial Signup 
    2. On the right hand side, click log in.
    3. Log in with your Community Education account information. (if you don't have an account, please create one at this time)
    4. In the search bar, at the top of the page, type in your home school name
    5. Click on the Kids Club @ (your home school) to open the registration link
    6. Select the green register button for AM or PM session
    7. Select one child at time to register and proceed with the questions.
    8. Fill out the four page Kids Club Registration form for the current year; one for each child. On page 3, next to your child's name, put today's date in both the "Date Enrolled" and the "Updated" boxes. On page 4, please check the box that says immunizations are attached even though they are not. Please bring a copy of your immunization to your Kids Club staff the first day you pick up your child(ren). Click on the save icon, on the top of the page, once all 4 pages are completed.
    9. When the form says completed, select continue scheduling
    10. Select the Kids Club days you want your child to attend. The selection of days is open between Monday through Thursday at 8:00 p.m. for the following week. You will be emailed a bill on Friday morning. Payment is due in full on/or before each Saturday prior to using services. If you miss scheduling and/or making your payment, you will be locked out for the following week of services. You will have to call the office for us to put the next week’s days into your calendar and there is a $5.00 late scheduling fee per day, per child. 
    11. Click Proceed to Cart
    12. At this time you can proceed to payment, or add another registration. If you want to add another registration, please click on the plus sign icon, in the upper right hand corner. You will then be at the start of the registration where you can select another child or search for another class in the search bar.
    13. Select your payment option and select Pay Now. 
    14. A reciept of payment will appear. 
     
    If you would like to enable auto pay, please select your initals, select "My Recurring Payments", and then select enable auto.

    Scheduling your Kids Club Days for Upcoming Weeks:

    1. Go to to our Higley Digitial Signup page. 
    2. Click on the Log in icon on the upper right hand side of the page.
    3. Log in with your Community Education account information.
    4. Click on your initals on the upper right hand side of the page. 
    5. Click on "My Schedules"
    6. Click on the "Care" tab on the "My Schedule" page.
    7. Click on the cirlce with the dots next to the child and session that you are wanting to add/adjust days. 
    8. Click "View Schedule"
    9. Use the calendar on the left hand side to select or deselect days for the upcoming week(s)
    10. Click "Save Schedule" to save the selection. A pop up notification will appear when the schedule has saved successfully. Proceed to logging out of your account or proceed to adjust another schedule from the options under the care tab.
     
    Your invoice will be generated on Fridays and payment is due Saturday by 8pm.
