Procedures for Receiving & Processing ComplaintsThe following guidelines are to be followed should anyone come forward with a discrimination complaint within the Higley Unified School District Child Nutrition Programs:Any person alleging discrimination within the School Meal Programs has a right to file a complaint. This complaint must occur within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory action. To file a complaint, contact the District at 480.279.7000. Once received, the District will direct individuals to fill out a Discrimination Complaint Form by following the below instructions:To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA program discrimination complaint form, AD-3027, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and/or at any USDA office.
