Hi I’m Mrs. Walston

Mrs. Walston   Mrs. Walston graduated from ASU

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am very excited to work with you and your child this year. It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventure! I can’t wait to get to know you!

I am married to my wonderful husband, Stefan. He is a chemical microbiologist for the City of Tempe and a Staff Sergeant (SSG) in the Army; currently deployed. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Kennedy (5) and Kendall (10 months). We also have 2 dachshunds named Stella and Coda that love to cuddle!

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to AZ in 2000. I went to Gilbert High School where I played lacrosse and was on the swim team. I graduated from ASU with a bachelors degree in Early childhood education. I am currently getting my Gifted Endorcement.

This school year will be my 13th year teaching kindergarten. I absolutely love teaching kindergarten! It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my students and a goal to teach with passion so that my students become life long learners! It is very important to me to have open communication between us and I would love to talk whenever you feel the need! I look forward to a great successful year!

    Thank you,

    Kimberly Walston
