    Advance Marketing

    Retail Operations (DECA officers & third year class operating the student store: The Armory)

    This CTE (Career and Technical Education) program is offered as a three year program starting with Marketing 1. Students are not required to take all three years but encouraged to do so to get the most out of this program. We will be learning about business operations, marketing and professional development. These courses will have the expectation similar to a workplace environment. Be on time, be prepared and participate. Student who take Marketing 1 and Advance Marketing will earn their economic credit which is required for graduation. See your counselor for more information.

    DECA Club 

    All student are welcome to join, however, this club is focused for students in Marketing. It is a national club which gives student many resources to learn and apply the principles of business and marketing. DECA club competes in several events during the school year. For more information see the AZ DECA website. For more information about our Chapter stop by the Armory during lunch or contact Ms. Escoto.

    My past work experience has consisted of 5 year in hospitality, government and non-profit. I love being involved in the community and am a member of Gilbert Leadership's Class 26, volunteer with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and Marine Educator Workshop 2019. I am currently working on a Master's degree in Career & Technical Eduction M.Ed through NAU. During the 2018-19 school year I started my career in education as the College & Career Specialist at Higley High School. That experience confirmed my love of teaching and I am looking forward to this school year!
