I graduated from ASU with a BA in Special Education K-12 and Elementary Education K-8. After graduating from ASU, I started my teaching career in Gilbert Public Schools. I taught a self-contained 4th-6th grade special education classroom for 3 years before making the move to Higley High. I started teaching the Alternate Standards (AS) classes at Higley High July 2015.
