My name is Robert Ouellette and I have taught at Chaparral Elementary since 2016. Prior to that I served in the US Navy and Air Force as a Naval Aircrewman and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. When I retired from the military in 2007, I moved with my wife and 3 children to Arizona. I earned an Associates in Elementary & Special Education from Chandler-Gilbert Community College and a Bachelors in Elementary & Special Education from Northern Arizona University.
