SMSgt Alltop is the Aerospace Science Instructor at Higley High School AFJROTC. He’s responsible for developing citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation, school & community. He instills the values of citizenship, service to the US, personal responsibility, character, and a sense of accomplishment. He provides a quality citizenship, character, & leadership development program, while fostering relationships with high schools, educational institutions, & communities.
