Welcome to the Higley Unified School District! If you are new to our district and are ready to register your child for the 2009-2010 school year, click below to download a Registration Packet. (PDF documents). Registration is currently underway.

Registration for all students K-12 should be done at the home school. For students in K-8, you can find the home school using the K-8 boundaries map. For students in 9-12, you can find the home school using the 9-12 boundary map. The maps are linked at the bottom of the page. Please complete the registration forms and bring the completed forms, along with all appropriate documentation outlined below, to the home school during business hours.

Registrations received prior to 2:00 p.m. can start school the next day; however, transportation will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. For registrations received after 2:00 p.m., there is a one-day processing period before the student can start school. Please bring the following information:

• Completed Registration Packet (Please use grade appropriate packet)

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Record

• Proof of Residency (contract on your house, rental or lease agreement, electric bill)

• Drivers License

• Child Custody Court Documentation (if applicable)

• Withdrawal Grades

• Withdrawal Slip from Previous School

• Unofficial Transcript

• Special Education Records (if applicable)

• Discipline and Attendance Records

• Lunch Application (if applicable)

• Authorization and Release of Records
