The fall sports season is rapidly approaching and that means pre-participation physicals as required by the AIA. If you still haven’t gotten one yet, there is one last chance to get one from our team physicians, Dr. Weinstein and Dr. Davis. The physical date is Saturday, July 31, from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. at Sports and Orthopaedic Specialists by Mercy Gilbert Hospital.

The cost is $30 in cash per athlete and all proceeds will be donated back to Higley’s athletic trainer to use for supplies. A copy of the flyer with a map is attached. If you will be attending or have questions please RSVP to Dr. Davis at jtdavis@sosportsmed.com or call his office at (480) 222.5601.
